Tendon Manufacturing is a full service sheet metal fabrication and machining plant based in Cleveland, Ohio. Laser cutting, forming, stamping, welding, assembly and powder coating are done in our 50,000 square foot facility. Tendon’s fleet delivers all across the Great Lakes Region.

Detroit Powder Coating Service

Tendon Manufacturing offers painting and powder coating using a 3-stage washing system, two booths and three shifts. We can obtain any powder coat and can meet all finishing requirements.

Detroit Metal Extrusion

Tendon Manufacturing has the ability to source, cut, machine, assemble, paint and silkscreen all different shapes and size extrusions. Provide Tendon a print and we will turn it into a functioning part.

Detroit Laser Cutting

Tendon Manufacturing has three laser cutting machines that have the ability to cut aluminum, brass, copper, stainless steel and steel parts up to 3/8” thick, 60” wide and 120” in length. Our new fiber-optic laser has cutting speeds that are six times faster than conventional CO2 lasers.

Detroit Welding

Tendon’s three shifts of welders can MIG, TIG and spot weld any aluminum, stainless steel and steel jobs that you have. All welds are ground and dressed to meet print specifications.

Detroit CNC Machining

Tendon Manufacturing employs three shifts of highly skilled machinists to work on all of your metal and plastic parts. With six vertical CNC machining centers, five Bridgeports, three lathes, several milling machines and surface grinders, there is no job we cannot handle.

Detroit Prototype Design

Tendon Manufacturing has revolutionized prototyping by offering 3D printing and having three full time prototype employees to handle our clients’ needs. Our engineers help customers turn ideas into functioning parts.
