Denver Metal Fabrication Shop
In our 50,000 square foot facility, we turn around prototypes and production orders quickly with the help of our three laser cutting machines and four shifts. We can handle any order, large or small.
Denver Powder Coating Service
Our 3 stage wash and 1,000-point conveyor system allows us to efficiently meet the needs of our customers. We offer powder coating and wet spraying. Our ovens reach temperatures up to 800° F.
Denver Metal Extrusion
We have strategic extrusion partners that can make any extrusion for us. Tendon will stock, cut, machine, powder coat, silk screen, etc. those extrusions for you.
Denver Laser Cutting
At Tendon we take pride in ensuring our machines stay ahead of our competition, which is why we have invested in 3 lasers that operate 24/7. We cut aluminum, mild steel and stainless steel up to ½” thick.
Denver Optical Laser Cutting
We have a new fiber-optic laser with a pallet charger to help expedite production orders and lower operating costs. This 4K laser can cut up to ½” material and can cut up to 1,400 inches per minute!
Denver Welding
We have a dozen full-time welders on staff who average over twenty years of experience. By having welders constantly on the clock; we are able to meet spot welding, MIG & TIG needs. If you are looking for a cheap and fast welding source, let our robots take over your welding needs.
Denver CNC Machining
Our team has the ability to machine both metals and plastics. We have 6 HAAS machining centers, 10 Bridgeports and eight full time machinists on staff. Our machines are equipped with quick-change vices and ball-locks to reduce setup times.
Denver Prototype Design
Tendon turns prototypes in as quick as five days. Our experienced engineers on staff are proficient in multiple design software programs including: GibbsCam, SolidWorks, and Striker. If rapid prototyping is needed, we can utilize our 3D printer to offer next day delivery.
Denver Silk Screening
Tendon will silkscreen to painted parts or panel finished metal. Whether it is a logo, instructions or warnings; we can transfer the artwork to your components. Your business has made its' mark, let us mark on your parts.
