CNC Machining

Tendon has 6 vertical CNC machining centers with two shifts of highly skilled and trained machinists. Our machining centers have automatic tool changing to reduce manufacturing time and accuracy to within .001 tolerances. We machine aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass, Bronze, Copper and every plastic. Our machining centers have a travel distance of up to 36”.

We have six 3-axis vertical CNC machining centers that have 24” x 24” x 36” machining tables. We machine a variety of different metals, plastics and extrusions. With 8 full time machinists on two different shifts, we can handle any size order.

All six machining centers incorporate automatic tool changers to reduce cycle times. In addition to the CNC machining centers, we maintain a variety of manual milling machines, lathes, drill presses, and small surface grinders available for any type of machining requirements
