Cincinnati Powder Coating Service

Tendon’s 1,000 point conveyor line and two powder booths can handle all of your painting and powder coating requirements – large and small. Tendon powder coats parts that can be found in every industry.

Cincinnati Metal Extrusion

Tendon Manufacturing can cut, machine, assemble, paint and silk screen any of your metal extrusion needs. We source the extrusion, stock it and machine it to meet your needs.

Cincinnati Laser Cutting

Tendon Manufacturing has two CO2 Lasers and one fiber-optic laser. We can cut aluminum, brass, copper, stainless steel and steel up to 3/8” thick. With the recent addition of our fiber-optic laser, we can cut material six times faster than before.

Cincinnati Welding

Tendon offers MIG, TIG and spot welding of aluminum, stainless steel and steel. We also have in-house grinding to clean and dress the welds.

Cincinnati CNC Machining

Tendon Manufacturing has six vertical CNC machining centers, five Bridgeports, lathes, milling machines and surface grinders to handle any machining job. We have the ability to machine all metals and most plastics.

Cincinnati Prototype Design

Tendon Manufacturing offers quick turnaround on prototyping by utilizing our fiber-optic laser, four shifts of employees, three design engineers and our 3D printer.

Cincinnati Silk Screening

Tendon Manufacturing offers a variety of finishing, including silk screening. With the approved artwork, we can silk screen any color on any metal and some plastics.
