Mentor Powder Coating Service

Over the past few years, we have invested over $500,000 into our paint line; making it one of the most reliable and cost efficient lines in Northeast Ohio. Our large batch ovens and 1,000-point conveyor system run on three shifts and can handle any part and quantity our customers require.

Mentor Metal Extrusion

We source, store, cut, machine, assemble and powder coat extrusions for our customers. No matter the shape or size, we can handle it.

Mentor Laser Cutting

Our customers spoke and we listened. We added a fourth laser to our production inventory to help increase capacity and decrease lead time. Our brand new fiber-optic laser can cut up to ½” thick material and can reach cutting speeds of up to 1,400” per minute!

Mentor Welding

We have MIG, TIG and spot welding capabilities at Tendon Manufacturing. We weld aluminum, mild steel and stainless steel. There are currently ten full time welders at Tendon so we can handle any job, small or large.

Mentor CNC Machining

Tendon has a machining department that consists of 6 CNC machines, 10 Bridgeports, 5 lathes and several surface grinders. We work with aluminum, brass, copper, mild steel, plastics and stainless steel.

Mentor Prototype Design

We have three full time engineers to assist with customer designs. All three of our engineers each have over 25+ years in sheet metal fabrication and machining.

Mentor Silk Screening
