Charlotte Powder Coating Service

We are not just a manufacturing plant, we have a state-of-the-art powder coating line with three powder booths and a 1,000-point conveyor system that runs from start to finish in 15 minutes!

Charlotte Metal Extrusion

We have strategic extrusion partners that can make any extrusion for us. Tendon will stock, cut, machine, powder coat, silk screen, etc. those extrusions for you.

Charlotte Laser Cutting

Tendon has three fiber-optic lasers that cut up to 2,000 inches per minute. We cut up to ¼” thick aluminum and ½” thick steel.

Welding is our strongest suit. 15 full time welders on staff; MIG, TIG, spot welding and robotic welding all done in house. Aluminum, mild steel and stainless steel.

Charlotte CNC Machining

Tendon runs three shifts of CNC machinists. With a combined 200+ years of machining experience we have seen and done it all. We machine all metals and all plastics. Whatever your needs are, we can handle them.

Charlotte Prototype Design

Five engineers are on staff for prototype and engineering design work. They take your concept and turn it into reality. They are available from 6:00 am – 8:00 pm to work with you through the design process.

Charlotte Silk Screening

Not many fabrication and machining plants offer silk screening services… but we do! Send us your artwork and we will make a silk screen to apply it to your metal or plastic parts.
