Tendon Manufacturing is a full service sheet metal fabrication and machining company based in Cleveland, Ohio. With trucks in the Pittsburgh area each week, Tendon offers laser cutting, stamping, forming, welding, assembly and powdering coating services all across Pennsylvania.

Pittsburgh Powder Coating Service

Whether your parts are black and yellow or anything else, Tendon Manufacturing has a 1,000 point conveyor system and two powder coating booths that can handle every job. With our 3 stage washing system, Tendon can meet any finishing requirement.

Pittsburgh Metal Extrusion

Tendon Manufacturing can handle all of your extrusion needs. We source and store extrusions for our customers. In our 50,000 square foot facility, we cut, machine, assemble, paint and silk screen our customers’ extrusions.

Pittsburgh Laser Cutting

Tendon Manufacturing has three lasers running 24/7 to turn our customer’s parts around quickly. We can cut up to 3/8” thick aluminum, brass, copper, stainless steel and steel.

Pittsburgh Welding

Tendon’s certified welders can MIG, TIG and spot weld aluminum, stainless steel and steel parts to print. If welds need to be dressed, our sanding department will make them look great.

Pittsburgh CNC Machining

Tendon has the capability to machine all metals and most plastics using our six vertical machining centers. We have three shifts of highly skilled machinist with years of experience. If you need secondary operations performed, we can handle those requirements on our: Bridgeports, drill presses, lathes, milling machines or surface grinders.

Pittsburgh Prototype Design

Tendon Manufacturing has three design engineers that work with our clients to offer rapid prototyping by using our fabrication capabilities and 3D printing.

Pittsburgh Silk Screening

Tendon Manufacturing offers silk screening to add a professional look to your fabricated parts. We can screen any color and any artwork to your parts.
