Elyria Metal Fabrication Shop
Tendon has over eighty skilled employees in our Northeast Ohio location. Tendon runs four shifts and is open 24/7 producing parts. We deliver daily to the Elyria and Lorain areas.
Elyria Powder Coating Service
Our paint department consists of: 1 wet spray booth, 3 powder coat booths, 7 painters and a 1,000-point conveyor line. On average, Tendon powder coats over 9,000 parts per day!
Elyria Metal Extrusion
Tendon stocks, cuts, machines, powder coats and silkscreens extrusions to customer prints. If you have an extrusion print, we can source it and stock it for you.
Elyria Laser Cutting
Our Cleveland facility has three fiber-optic lasers that cut up to ¼” aluminum and ½” steel. We also have two CO2 lasers that can cut a variety of different metals such as: Brass, Bronze and Copper.
Elyria Optical Laser Cutting
Our brand new Baykal New BLS-NEO fiber-optic laser has twin 60” x 120” cutting tables with a pallet changer to allow for 24/7 operating. This machine has been a game changer for Tendon in that we can cut material cheaper and faster than ever before. With cutting speeds up to 1,200 inches per minute, we can handle all quantities.
Elyria Welding
Tendon has over 15 welders on staff that are skilled and certified in: MIG/TIG and spot welding. We also have robotic welding for large production runs to keep costs down.
Elyria CNC Machining
Northeast Ohio has many machine shops but what makes Tendon stand out is that we are a one-stop shop. We can machine and fabricate all under one roof. We machine any metal and any plastic. Our largest Haas machine has a travel of 24” (H) x 36” (W) x 48” (L).

Elyria Silk Screening
We do not stop at powder coating. Our silk screeners have been trained by some of the best in the business to make sure your parts look professionally done. Big logos? Multiple Colors? No problem, send over your design and we will handle the rest.
