Los Angeles Metal Fabrication Shop
Inside our 50,000 square foot facility, we offer: laser cutting, stamping, punching, machining, forming, welding, assembly, powder coating and silk screening. We service many industries including: agricultural, electronics, horticulture, lighting, manufacturing, military, point of purchase, mining and many more.
Los Angeles Powder Coating Service
Our paint department contains three powder booths, three-stage washing & sealing system, 1,000 point conveyor system and ovens that reach up to 800 degrees. We can spray any color and obtain any cosmetic finish desired.
Los Angeles Metal Extrusion
We can source any extrusion necessary and will cut, machine and powder coat it to meet your design. Once a design is proven, we stock extrusion at no cost to our customers.
Los Angeles Laser Cutting
Our lasers can cut up to ½” thick aluminum, mild steel and stainless steel. We have multiple lasers that run 24/7 so we can stay ahead of production runs and expedite prototyping.
Los Angeles Optical Laser Cutting
Baykal New BLS-NEO fiber-optic laser . We are constantly upgrading our equipment in order to meet our customers’ needs. Recently, we added a fiber-optic laser that can cut up to 1,400 inches per minute and has a pallet changer to help with large production orders. This powerful laser can cut up to ½” thick material leaving minimal burrs.
Los Angeles Welding
Tendon has three shifts of certified welders that MIG/TIG and spot weld aluminum, mild steel and stainless steel. For larger orders, we utilize our robotic welding cell to keep your costs down.
Los Angeles CNC Machining
We have six HAAS machining centers for production work and 15 Bridgeports and lathes to help with secondary operations and prototype work. Our skilled CNC machinists work with all metals and most plastics.
Los Angeles Prototype Design
We have three full-time engineers that have over 80 years of manufacturing experience. They are proficient in many softwares including: GibbsCam, SolidWorks and Striker. Our engineers are available on three shifts to help accommodate our customers located in different time zones.
Los Angeles Silk Screening
Provide artwork files to Tendon and we will make a silkscreen that can be applied to your finished parts. We have been silkscreening in-house since 1988 and can use any ink color(s) that you require.
