Tendon Manufacturing operates out of a 50,000 square foot facility located south of Cleveland. We have 3 lasers, 3 punch presses, 6 press brakes, 6 machining centers, 4 fastener insertion machines, MIG/TIG and spot welding, 2 stamping presses and a full powder coat line.

Mansfield Powder Coating Service

Tendon has a commercial grade powder coat line, complete with a three-stage washing system and a 1,000 point conveyor line. Any color and any finish can be obtained.

Mansfield Metal Extrusion

We source, store, cut, machine, assemble and powder coat extrusions for our customers. No matter the shape or size, we can handle it.

Mansfield Laser Cutting

Our lasers can cut up to ½” material and our largest cutting bed is 60” x 120”. Our brand new fiber-optic laser can cut up to 1,200 inches per minute on thinner gauged material. We can laser any material: aluminum, brass, copper, mild steel and stainless steel.

Mansfield Welding

Our welding department consists of over 10 certified welders spread across three shifts. We offer MIG/TIG, spot welding and robotic welding. Tendon’s skilled welders work with aluminum, mild steel and stainless steel.

Mansfield CNC Machining

Before adding fabrication capabilities in 1990, Tendon started as a machine shop. Our machining department takes pride in having started Tendon Manufacturing. We have 6 CNC HAAS machining centers, 10 Bridgeports, 5 lathes, surface grinders and other machinery.

Mansfield Prototype Design

Tendon has three full-time engineers who help customers with design work. We also have the luxury of employing two full-time prototype fabricators. Their job function is to run prototypes through the plant from initial design to finish. We give a new meaning to the phrase, “rapid prototyping.”

Mansfield Silk Screening

When we say we are a one-stop shop, we mean it! Tendon has a silkscreen department to put those final touches on your parts. Any design and any color combination can be accomplished in our silkscreen department.

Through the use of our own fleet, Tendon delivers to the Mansfield area whenever needed. Located just an hour North, Tendon has an expansive customer list in the Mansfield area. With our customer service, you’ll think we are located down the street!
