Tendon’s equipment list includes two fiber-optic lasers, Amada turret punch presses, Haas machining centers, stamping presses, Cincinnati brake presses, Haeger assembly presses, MIG/TIG/Spot welding and a full powder coat line.

Tendon’s powder coat line consists of several batch ovens and one large production oven to accommodate all customers, large and small. We keep our costs down in order to keep your costs down.

Tendon outsources with trusted partners that have the ability to develop any type of extrusion with precision for us . In-house Tendon will stock, cut, machine, powder coat, silk screen, etc. those extrusions for your project.

Tendon Manufacturing has several fiber-optic lasers and CO2 lasers to handle all types of orders. Our largest tables are 60” x 120” and the maximum thicknesses we cut is ½”.

In-house we utilize a state-of-the-art 4K fiber-optic laser with pallet charger helping expedite critical production orders at a decreased cost. Our fiber-optic laser can cut up to ½” material at a rapid speed up to 1,400 inches per minute.

Our welding department consists of 15 welders spread across three shifts. Tendon’s capabilities include: MIG/TIG and spot welding of aluminum, stainless steel and steel.

Machine Shops are a dime a dozen but what separates Tendon from the rest is that we do everything under one roof. Machining, Fabricating, Powder Coating, Engineering…

Our engineering team uses various software including: GibbsCam, SolidWorks and Striker. Our engineers know how parts need to be designed and fabricated as they all started on Tendon’s production floor.

Tendon’s graphic design department can take your artwork and apply it to your parts using our digital printing process or though the silk screen process.

Located just 20 minutes from the Falls, Tendon Manufacturing has over 80 skilled fabricators and machinists. If it is made out of metal, it needs to be made by Tendon.
