Whether you are looking for laser cutting, stamping, forming, welding or powder coating, we handle everything! All of your metal needs are met in our 50,000 square foot Cleveland, OH facility.

Columbus Powder Coating Service

Tendon Manufacturing has two wet paint and powder coating booths that can meet any finishing requirement. We powder coat on three different shifts and can handle any project – large or small.

Columbus Metal Extrusion

Tendon Manufacturing can source any extrusion you require. We cut, machine, assemble, paint and silk screen extrusions in house to meet all of your needs.

Columbus Laser Cutting

Tendon’s three lasers offer accuracy and speed to turn around your aluminum, brass, copper, stainless steel and steel in no time. Our lasers can cut up to 3/8” thick material and our largest cutting table is 60” x 120”.

Columbus Welding

Tendon Manufacturing has three shifts of full time welders that can MIG, TIG and spot weld aluminum, stainless steel and steel. All of our welds are ground in our sanding department.

Columbus CNC Machining

Tendon Manufacturing can machine all of your metal and most of your plastic parts. We have three shifts of highly skilled machinists that work on our six vertical machining centers, five Bridgeports, three lathes, milling machines and surface grinders.

Columbus Prototype Design

Tendon offers quick turnaround on prototyping by utilizing our fiber laser, four shifts of employees, three design engineers and our 3D printer. Let us take your idea and turn it into a working part.

Columbus Silk Screening

Tendon Manufacturing offers silk screening on all metals and some plastics. We have the ability to screen any color and any artwork that is required.
