Precision Machining

If you have precision machining requirements and need to keep your product lead times down, let our experienced staff show you how to control those requirements.  By employing the use of our high speed CNC machining centers, your precision tolerance accuracy will be upheld while maximizing your lead times.

Tendon has six CNC vertical machining centers available, including five Hardinge VMC 1000 Centers and one Mazak Vertical Machining Center.  The Hardinge VMC 1000 Centers have a travel of 40 inches by 20 inches and the Mazak Vertical Machining Center have a travel of 36 inches by 16 inches. 

     
All of Tendon's machining centers incorporate automatic tool changers to reduce cycle times.  In addition to the CNC machining centers, we maintain a variety of manual milling machines, lathes, drill presses, and small surface grinders available for any type of machining requirements.  Put our extensive experience to work for you.

Our separate, flexible prototype cell can provide you with an off-line solution or a short production run to meet your manufacturing requirements.
