Tendon provides you a low cost single source solution for all your precision sheet metal fabrication needs.  If you require a simple front panel or complex sheet metal assemblies our team can assist you in the design process. 
   
We can recommend ways to improve your products manufacturability, or suggest a potential lower cost solution. 
    
Our in-house CNC programmers will analyze your product requirements, take advantage of our new 2D laser cutting machine or one of our three high speed CNC turret punch presses, to maintain your products critical tolerances and reduce time to market while holding down your cost.
     
Our new Mazak Super Turbo–X Laser Cutting Tool is a key precision component at Tendon.  It can be used in conjunction with the one of our three high speed CNC turret punch presses.  The presses include a Murata Motorum-2044, a Murata Centrum 2000, and a Murata Centrum 2000i.   Additionally, there are several single stroke manual punch presses available for your convenience. 
   
Our main press brakes are the two 100-ton Accur CNC press brakes with 8-foot beds, the 40-ton Wysong press brake with a 7- foot bed, and the 75-ton Diacro press brake with an 8-foot bed. 
    
If your sheet metal parts require the staking of fasteners, MIG or TIG welding, spot welding, or Time Saving/sanding, Tendon incorporates everything you need to get the job done.

Our separate, flexible prototype cell can provide you with an off-line solution or a short production run that will meet your manufacturing requirements.
