Your assemblies will be produced utilizing our diverse capabilities. We can provide dedicated, flexible work cells that can build mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies to meet or exceed your specifications.  The flexible cells can be set up to build your prototype phase assemblies through final production phase and anything in between.
      
If you have special “Clean Room” requirements, Tendon has a solution. 

Our staff is experienced in the manufacturing of highly specialized mechanical components and assemblies utilizing very specific coatings and machining techniques.  We ship our customers these finished parts and assemblies which are assembled into Semiconductor Test Systems used around the world.  These techniques require “White Glove Assembly”, precision mechanical calibrating, and specialized packaging under stringent Semiconductor Manufacturing Specification.

Our Class 10,000 Clean room utilizes a HEPA Filtration System needed to ensure our customers achieve the cleanliness they require.  We also employ the use of a Branson Model 8510 Ultra Sonic Cleaner for small to mid size parts.By working closely with the engineers in the Semiconductor field for many years we are able to apply some of these same technical solutions to our Medical and Aerospace customers.
