Powder Coating & Painting

Our paint department applies a full range of finishes such as Powder Coatings, Polyurethane Coatings, Waterborne Coating, and a full line of Functional EMI/RFI Shield Coatings.

These specialized coatings are applied on our paint line featuring a 1,000 position conveyor system with an inline three stage pre-wash system.  We maintain three large gas ovens which control temperatures up to 500 degrees for all of your Powder Coatings specifications. 
                                                         
Three paint booths allow us to process nearly any requirement you might have  in  either  powder  or spray coatings.   Tendon  offers custom color matching and texture capabilities generated from your samples or vendor part numbers.
